Lots of good here, overall A reader This is a warm and lovely book, slim and pocket-sized. The author, a longtimeBuddhist meditation instructor, discusses basic Buddhist concepts in a friendly and accessible way. I was particularly impressed by the various exercises he presents - I found that they cast a warm glow, surprisingly long-lasting, over the day.I must admit that on first reading, I was a little perplexed by some of the definitions the author presents:: for example, patience ha.
