Found in plant foods, fibre is a complex substance and in whole foods it is always accompanied by a number of nutrients, from antioxidants, essential oils, minerals, and proteins, to vitamins and beyond. This book spells out exactly why good health depends on fibre's presence in everyone's diet.. According to the authors, fibre is not the simple roughage it was once thought to be and it does not come alone
An excellent reference book First of all, let me be clear- I know Monica Spiller. I am one of the farmers growing one of the heirloom wheat varieties that she has rescued from oblivion. She painstakingly started it up for us by growing 25 seeds supplied from the wheat seed bank; she then increased the seed year after year and made it available for us to grow. Thanks to her work in the rain a. "Great book" according to iluvcats. This book is very informative and has a lot more pages than others I'd found before. I appreciate that Amazon has a variety of book on Fiber because in my research I'd not been able to find books with much content before.. Five Stars NICE INFORMATION IN THIS BOOK - THANK YOU VERY MUCH
