Solid Text, Easy to get lost in its 1900 pages (which is good and bad) This is a solid text with in-depth coverage of many topics. My main complaints would be that it has too much on introductory or abstract considerations before getting to concrete details of different countries (but you could always skip most of the first 500 pages).
