This is considered Round 2 for me in terms of studying for the GMAT. I would recommend this book (and also the other critical reasoning book) to anyone uncertain about how to solve these questions! I am still considering a weekend class, but have made a solid improvement nonetheless. This Veritas book provided a much more robust array of approaches and examples for the more difficult critical reasoning questions. One area of weakness for me turned out to be the advanced Critical Reasoning questions. --I self-studied for the GMAT (not the first time) and for some reason I found sentence correction and reading comp to be relatively easy, but couldn't get my head around critical reasoning. A friend of mine took an in-person Veritas course and recommended I get their critical reasoning books. -- .
