A Customer said A loss. This IS the greatest Original Mac/Mac Plus repair book ever. Too bad it's out of print. I repaired 8 Macintoshes (5 without parts!) based on the information provided in this book. Now I can't find it anywhere, and I've got a dead Mac Plus, with a unrecognized problem. Such is life. And no, from what I hear, the newer Dead Mac Scrolls book only covers COLOR Mac Classic & newer. Darn. "Great for learning about soldering" according to Nathanael Tronerud. This book is incredible. Over 25 years old and still indispensable for anyone working with the original Macintosh. Great for learning about soldering, circuitry, and for anyone interested in restoring old Macs. A+.
