I learned that there is a big difference from losing weight from losing fat. Unlike any other books, this book did not mainly talk about a specific diet or weight-loss program, what I liked about it is that it provided tips on what is the best exercise to do and what diet programs to follow if you’re aiming to gain muscles and not just to lose weight. This book is easy to read. It has great instructions on how to test your body fat and more importantly how to lose that excess body fat. Has lots of easy to do at home strategies. The Paleo movement is huge at the moment and this is a great place to start. Paleo is more "caveman" style - more like what our ancestors ate. With Ketogenic you eat more "regular" food but more controlled in order to achieve your desired goals. A nice diet book is a genuine help through this struggle. And if it includes tasty recipes it is much more appreciated. I sound so excited, cause I have already tasted the Chocolate Chip Cookies and they are delicious! . I couldn't believe that they were part of a diet program! Ketogenic dieting seems full of taste! You can be fit through balanced eating of tasteful food.
