Wonderful resource for an executor who wants to better understand the rules and law behind his duties while settling an estate! I ordered this book to read and review because I have an interest in putting together a coaching service for executors. I figured it would be a good resource because I used various Emanuel outlines when I attended law school back in the 1980's. And I was very happy with their content and organization.
