An inspiring read for both MS suffers and non MS people H.Taylor I am fortunate enough to not have MS and wasn’t sure whether this book was needed to be read but it did seem to be a positive motivating book.This is a sequel book that can attract a wide audience that is looking to get motivated. I do believe it helps that the author is also a MS sufferer and can write from personal experience. From my own experience from another condition being able to read about fellow patients helps a great deal. The underlying reason for this book is to get across the need to be as active as possible and to have a positive attitude for as much quality of life as possible.The author mentions
