I do like how the book can be used as a "handbook", allowing you to flip to the relevant pages of the book for your needs (as opposed to having to read it straight through). I was a little disappointed in the content because it was somewhat basic, and I had expected more from a book with its price tag. It is very much a new managers book, and pretty theoretical; unfortunately light on practical techniques. This is one of the kindle books I wish I could return.
