Five Stars Nice copy, received in new condition, Thanks!. Penny S. Curry said FUN HISTORY. I have a summer home in the area but was not aware of the history or people that St. John wrote about. It was fun, humourous, historical, sensitive, and sentimental. Each chapter is a small story in itself about the people of the island and it's past.
