Shameful This is an awful textbook. The amount and severity of grammatical errors is unacceptable for a book that I had to pay damn near $200 for. I found 3 in less than a chapter of my reading. This material is difficult and frustrating enough without having to wade through the publisher's carelessness.. Great Book, Zero transportable, Fast delivery! Andrés Great book! Zero transportable, but is the essence of Business Associations course. Great edition and quality. Fast delivery but a little expensive. I hope I will use it on practice of law.. New Edition Thrown Together We were forced to buy the 10th edition of this book. I can't tell you what additions were made from the 9th edition (other than more royalties), but it's clear that nobody proofread this edition before sending it to the printers. There are typos everywhere, and the table of cases isn't even current to the 10th edition. The sloppiness might be excusable if this were an excellent textbook otherwise, but I generally found it needlessly confusing and only marginally more helpful than googling the cases. Worst textbook I've ever had. I'd resell it, but I'm looking forward too much to the book burning.
